It's unprofessional to reprimand anyone in front of other employees and more importantly the paying customers!!! I saw the frustration on ALL of the employees faces. the staff is always cool and chill, I had an incident with my car, it was my fault that car dried with spots the way it did and it was crazy busy when I went, I called just to ask what should I do to get the spots off and they kindly offered a free car wash which was super nice of them when I went back I encountered whom I assume was the manager on duty the guy was cool to me but very rude to his associates!. Over 2 is like a free wash and money you are saving. The parking spots are too small to have your door opened fully for vacuuming. My car always gets clean and the vacuum is free with your wash. I love coming here because the staff is very nice and they make sure your car is clean and you are satisfied with your wash.
